The surface bonding stud for high performances, type MasterPlate® PRS and PSRY are metal fasteners that can be glued on all kinds of material from composites, metal, wood, thermoplastic plasticsnatural stone up to glass.
The PRS version has a stronger welding connection on the perforated base plate thanks to the bigger chamfered head and start from M5 to M10 in steel zinc plating or stainless steel 316L. The non-perforated versions PRSY are also possible from M5 to M10.
Thanks to the perforated base plate, the Master Plate® PRS will be firmly anchored to the receiving material as the adhesive flows thrue the perforations and therefore have a better torque resistance.
The PRSY are performing better on pull-out and shear-off.
