Diamond drill bit with 1/2" gas & M14 thread

This water diamond drill bit FKN12X10EVO with 1/2" external gas thread and M14 innerthread is designed for CNC machines to achieve the correct 12mm hole for Keep-Nut®. It is ideal for drilling a hole in natural stone or ceramic.

Description

The Keep Nut® IM-S is a knock-in insert from Specialinsert® to create a strong inner- and even outerthread in very hard materials.

The easy installation is it's best carateristic for there's no special hole needed, simply drill a 12mm diameter hole and press the insert without glue into the hole.

The Keep-Nut® IM-S range is available in M4 up to M6 in stainless steel 303.

No damage of the thin rest behind the hole; the innerthread is not tapered thrue the KeepNut®!

This water diamond bit with 1/2" gas and M14 thread is equipped with a slot to achieve a flat hole for mounting Keep-Nut®.

After multiple uses, you can grind the bit flat and continue using it.
