Wood insert with collar and left outer thread has a hex socket drive is the only wood screw insert with a flat sealing collar and unthreaded lead to facilitate the mounting.

Description
The wood insert with collar and left outer thread can be mounted without special tooling in softer wood and is the ideal insert for adjustable feet because when adjusting the height of the foot or unscrewing the mounted bolt, the insert will be tightened and not unscrewed.
The outerthread is made by deformation wich gives it a less pronounced outerthread, therefore these can also be used soft and slightly harder wood.
Thanks to the unthreaded lead, the insert will fall into position before starting to screw, what ensures mounting in the rigth angle (that follows the drilled hole).
Available from M6 up to M10 in steel zinc plating.
