Rampa wood screw-insert, type BV, with sizes similar to DIN 7965. Chamfered outerthread and innerthread. The internal thread is completely threaded, suitable for easy automatic insertion.
Best mounted in a countersunk and pre-drilled hole in materials such as thermoplastics, soft wood and even lead.This is the ideal solution for innerthread repair.
This threaded insert can be mounted with a manual tool 512 or the mechanical version 515, both hold the insert at the innerthread, so that the outerthread can be screwed into the hole.
Available in steel zinc plated, plain steel, from M3 up to M16! Only 1 dimension available in stainless steel 303; the M16 version.
