How to use a cable bonding fastener?
The stainless steel 316 cable bonding fastener exists in 3 versions:
The perforated type PFR08 is 25X32mm and is pushed into the adhesive that is applied on to the glue-on receiver.
The perforated PFR10 is 28X15mm and also pushed in to the applied glue, designed for narrow spaces.
The non-perforated base plate model PFRY08 has 4 round spacers that garantuee the right amount of adhesive with a size of 25X32mm. The extra advantage is that no glue is spilled and the fastening is always as it should be (if the surfaces are properly cleaned)!
The 2 folded wings of the PFR08 and the PFRY08 are openings through which the plastic ty-raps fit and thus all cables can be clamped on this cable bonding fastener.
How many versions exist of the cable bonding fastener?
There are 2 perforated stainless steel 316 sheet metal versions, the PFR08 wich has a dimension of 25mmX32mm and for smaller applications, there is the PFR10 version that mesures 28X15mm.
The new version without perforations has 4 round spacers that garantuee the right distance and therefor the right amount of adhesive to obtain a solid fastening without spilling adhesives. The extra advantage is that is's also a very clean solution that may be seen.
