Juno Industries is the right partner to find the most performing threaded insert for your application thanks to our 27 years of experience.
Buy a threaded insert?
A threaded insert is the ideal threaded fastener when ordinary thread tapping or standard nut and bolt connection is not possible or desirable for the application. Our raison d'être is to find the right insert for your specific application and for this we work together with several specialised manufacturers.
Why use a threaded insert?
If a long bolt cannot be used or a reusable threaded connection is desired, the threaded insert brings relief. This greatly increases the contact surface with the softer and/or thinner material, which greatly increases the pull-out force and the metal metric internal thread ensures a wear-resistant connection. Performance depends on the receiving material, so testing is a must.
